January 11, 2017
Dear Residents,
Happy New Year! I feel like we say it every year, but it is hard to believe it is already January. We are looking forward to this year and what it may bring. Our first quarterly inspection for 2017 will be approaching within the next few weeks. We will begin to send building letters in the next few weeks letting you know when your apartment will be inspected. Please be on the lookout for these letters.
This morning around 10:00am, the City of Canton unexpectedly had to shut off the water for the surrounding area in order to fix a pipe. If you have lived in Canton for a few years, you may have experienced this after a snow storm. The city will update their website at http://www.canton-georgia.com/ or you can call them at 770-704-1502. As a community, we do not shut off water unless it is an emergency to repair a leak.
We are looking for Resident Function ideas for this coming year. Let us know what you like to do and how we can serve you. We like to have a variety for all ages. Be sure to let us know when you drop off your rent for February.
The office will be closed on January 16th for Martin Luther King Jr Day. On Tuesday, January 17th, there is a mandatory company meeting for the office staff. The office will be closed until 2pm, however our amazing maintenance team will be here. Please still contact the office at 770-479-5970 to place a work order. All voicemail messages will be checked.
Stay tuned for up and coming changes that will add a bit more convenience to placing work orders and paying rent online. As always, thank you for your continued residency and we wish everyone a happy new year!
Sincerely,
Sarah McLaughlin
Property Manager
